LIONEL 265E, 261TX, 619, 618. Original including the die cast engineers cab.  A tough to find 1935 one year only set. Almost everything in this set is unique to this one set.    As you know, the 1935 only version of the 265E loco is tough to find not to mention with an original cab.  The 1935 version has a flat wall engineers cab without the fire box doors cast into it, has no weight in the steam chest and has thick rim drive wheels.  The tender has a special draw bar to mate with the passenger cars instead of the usual coupler.  The 619 front end coach in chrome only came in this set and the 618 chrome observation only came in this set and the 1935 version of the Flying Yankee.  

The engine has been tested and runs forward and reverse and all the lights in the train work.  The die cast engineers cab does show a little aging but it   is remarkably solid considering almost none of these cabs survived without self destructing because of impurities in the alloy when produced. Photos of the cab are included.  There is one spot  on the roof of the 619 coach and one on the corner of one of the vestibules but that is hidden when the vestibule in in the train.  A nice, tough to find, original set.
