LIONEL 752E, 753, 754 UNION PACIFIC M10000 STREAMLINER.  Original.  This was the early aluminum finished version of this set which is scarcer than the later yellow and brown versions.   The motor has a replaced sliding shoe pickup, but has been tested and runs smoothly both forward and reverse.   The e-unit cycles properly. The motor needs one non-geared wheel replaced, it has deteriorated and one vestibule is missing a wheel which will need replaced.  There are a couple of other wheels through out the set  that are beginning to show signs of decay and you may want to replace those for layout operation but are fine for display purposes.  These wheels are readily available from parts suppliers such as Olsen's, see my links page for other sources. All the lights work and all the window material is present.  Both lenses are present in the rear of the observation car.

These silver sets are hard to photograph and don't show minor wear detail well.   All three pieces do show light marks, imperfections and playwear  which do not show up well in the photos, so expect a little more evidence of playwear when viewed in hand,  hence the C-6 grading.   Still, a clean, respectable example of this set.

The boxes for all three pieces have all their flaps, their condition is as shown in the pictures. No vestibule box.
