ORKIN CABIN CRUISER

ORKIN CABIN CRUISER Original. Orkin Craft Scale Yacht by Calwis Industries, Beverly Hills, California.  Approximately 32" in length.  Powered by a large clockwork motor, which works. A lever in the cabin starts and stops the motor. The winding key is a reproduction. Elaborate detailing including a working compass.  Constructed with a wood hull  with metal superstructure.  Battery powered interior lights of the period have been added however a battery box is not present.  The toy is exceptionally clean and solid, very well constructed.  It makes for an impressive display piece.
