LIONEL #79 FLASHING HIGHWAY SIGNAL.  Original.  Aluminum painted blinking track side accessory.   The light in the base works and the red lamps below the railroad crossing sign blink alternately as they should.  The die cast base is solid.   Missing the small screw that secures the finial, an easy fix.
